Anthony has worked for over 20 years in commercial brokerage specializing in retail and investment work in both sales and leasing. He is the Principal Broker for the firm that was launched in 2012 and was previously a Vice President of Retail & Investment Services for CBRE, Inc. for 11 years prior to the founding of Blue Rock Partners, LLC. 

He has an extensive background in commercial brokerage ranging from bringing new retailers into Hawaii to bullish expansion of existing retailers.  Larger roles in advising on large retail portfolios has been, and continues to be, a significant aspect of his business.

Over time, this work type has also seeded a growing body of work in development and capital markets.  Often functioning in a principal role, the ability for him to be integrated throughout the development process from A-Z, is a unique value creation for his client and partners.

Fred has spent over 25 years working exclusively in commercial brokerage and redevelopment throughout the state of Hawaii.  Currently he is the co-founder of BlueRock Partners  LLC. He was previously an Executive Vice President for 11 years in the Retail & Investment Advisory Services Divisions at CBRE, Inc.  He has leased approximately 1 million square feet of commercial space throughout his tenure representing landlords and tenants respectively.  His tenant representation has included transactional oversight of tenant expansion on the mainland and how it can be effectively administered from Hawaii.

As part of his investment work, Fred was a founding member of the Commercial Investment Group (CIG) within CBRE being retained for both acquisition and disposition work with transacted asset values totaling over $350 million.  Within the investment and retail leasing specialties, Fred has participated in over $1 billion in transactional value over his career.
