Anthony has worked for over 13 years in commercial brokerage specializing in retail and investment work in both sales and leasing. He was previously a Vice President of Retail & Investment Services for CBRE, Inc. prior to the founding of Blue Rock Partners, LLC.  He garnered an extensive background in commercial brokerage.  His expertise ranges from advising on ground-up development to facilitating the introduction of new retailers into the State of Hawaii.  He has an intimate knowledge of the retail landscape across the state of Hawaii.

As part of his investment work, Anthony was a founding member of the Commercial Investment Group (CIG) within CBRE being retained for both acquisition and disposition work. He has transacted asset values totaling over $250 million dollars.  Securing equity positions in investment transactions has been a growing emphasis in the past 5 years and this has progressively expanded his work scope to include assisting clients with strategic planning, portfolio review, sourcing debt and consulting services.

Fred has spent over 25 years working exclusively in commercial brokerage and redevelopment throughout the state of Hawaii.  Currently he is the co-founder of BlueRock Partners  LLC. He was previously an Executive Vice President for 11 years in the Retail & Investment Advisory Services Divisions at CBRE, Inc.  He has leased approximately 1 million square feet of commercial space throughout his tenure representing landlords and tenants respectively.  His tenant representation has included transactional oversight of tenant expansion on the mainland and how it can be effectively administered from Hawaii.

As part of his investment work, Fred was a founding member of the Commercial Investment Group (CIG) within CBRE being retained for both acquisition and disposition work with transacted asset values totaling over $350 million.  Within the investment and retail leasing specialties, Fred has participated in over $1 billion in transactional value over his career.
